PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state sensor which can form an energy subtraction image having superior energy separation and has no need of aligning the image size, while adopting one-shot method. SOLUTION: The solid-stage sensor comprises detection elements made of many inorganic or organic composite materials, arranged in a two-dimensional configuration for detecting a radiation carrying image information and converting it to image signals. The detection elements contain inorganic materials which are different in radiation energy absorption characteristic, and first and second detection elements containing different inorganic materials are arranged alternately.
