SOLUTION: A resistance value of a hot-wire resistance element of a hot-wire resistance type flow sensor 5 arranged in a communication path 44 for connecting a front chamber 41 to a rear chamber 42, for measuring the velocity of a gas flow in the communication path 44 based on the pressure difference between the two chamber 41, 42 as a resistance change is set at 25-35Ω.</p> |
