PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost reduction of display forming and improvement of workability and to improve visibility of formed display. SOLUTION: A shutter of a disk cartridge is made to have at least two layered structure composed of a base material 6a and at least one layer of covering layer 6b (,6c) covering the base material. Hue difference between an uppermost layer and a lower layer is made to be >=2 of PCCS(Practical Color Coordinate System) hue circle and displays 10, 10,... are formed by shaving off the uppermost layer or both the uppermost layer and a part of the lower layer.
