PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that even a misphotographed picture is printed to occur waste in the case of batch print ordering. SOLUTION: A lab-server 314 judges the success/failure of a photographed picture and does not print an unsuccessful picture. A picture input part 400 inputs the photographed picture. A result judging part 404 judges failure concerning the picture failed in photographing such as out of focus, a halation and a black fullness. A printing data generating part 420 performs the regular printing of the successful picture and also prints an index picture in a form including unsuccessful pictures.
