PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of an orthogonal geared motor. SOLUTION: A hypoid pinion 6 directly connected with a motor shaft 5 and a hypoid gear 10 fixed to an output shaft 9 arranged perpendicularly to the motor shaft 5 are maintained in the state of engagement. Rotation of the motor 1 is transferred to an output shaft 9 by only a pair of hypoid gears, and rotation of high torque can be outputted.
