PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of vibration and friction, speed control of a material to be driven and constant control of an output condition to the member to be driven against load variation and variation of application environment for an actuator. SOLUTION: This drive controller drives one displacement portion 2 or 3 of the truss type actuator to transmit an output thereof to the other displacement portion 3 or 2 as the follower side. Therefore, this drive controller comprises two displacement sensors 11, 12 for respectively detecting displacement of both displacement portions, a phase difference detecting unit 13 for detecting a phase difference of the detected displacement of these displacement sensors, a target phase difference setting unit (CPU 20 or the like) for setting the target phase difference, a deviation discrimination unit 14 for discriminating deviation between the phase difference from the phase difference detecting unit 13 and the target phase difference and a frequency changing unit (frequency control unit 15 and oscillator 16) for changing the oscillation frequency based on the discrimination result. |
