PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system which reduces the load and cost of information collection at a center side and can also provide updated information to all kinds of users in real time by making a large quantity of useful information to be received by the center by means of giving an advantage on a communication cost to an information provider in a communication navigation system, etc. SOLUTION: In this data communication network system where data are transmitted are received between traveling objects 10 and the center 20, a charging amount to be imposed on the traveling objects is calculated in accordance with the contents and quantity of data received by the traveling objects from the center, a charging amount to be imposed on the center side is also calculated in accordance with the contents and cost of data received by the center from the traveling objects, and an amount obtained by offsetting the charging amount to be paid by the traveling objects against the charging amount to be paid by the center is charged to the traveling object sides to be paid as a communication cost. |
