PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new heat utilizing method where there is no problem of heat generation efficiency by heat transfer such as the case of latent treat type regenerative material at all. SOLUTION: This is a heat utilizing method which utilizes adsorbent material capable of moisture adsorption and desorption and besides generating heat at absorption. This includes an adsorbent material drying process which heats the above adsorbent material filled in a portable container, and an adsorbent material heating process which supplies water to the dried adsorbent material.
