PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method which can accurately order and obtain a repair component of an electric product. SOLUTION: To order and obtain the repair component of the electric product through a terminal by connecting a server to a network where plural terminals are connected, the terminal is equipped with a display means and an input means and the server is equipped with a storage means where a new component number and an old component number of the electric product are stored corresponding to each other and a control means which outputs screen display data prompting the input of the number of a component to be repaired to the terminal when the terminal is connected to the server, decides whether or not the component number is changed when the component number is inputted from the terminal, and outputs component number data for displaying the component number after the change on the terminal when the number is changed. Preferably, the server is equipped with a storage means which stores component drawing data made to correspond to component numbers and when the number of the component which needs to be repaired is inputted from the terminal, the control means outputs screen display data for displaying an image of the component corresponding to the component number on the terminal. |
