PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the data amount of contents data to be transferred. SOLUTION: A contents data editing part 104 edits contents data held by a contents data base 109 and advertisement data held in an advertisement data base 113 by a desired editing form based on a user information held in a user information data base 107. A contents data conversion part 105 converts the contents data edited by the contents data editing part 104 to the data of a form corresponding to a transfer destination. Then, a contents data transfer part 106 transfers the data converted by the contents data conversion part 105. In such a manner, since the contents data editing part 104 edits the content data and the advertisement data by the desired editing form based on the user information, the data amount of the contents data to be transferred is reduced.
