PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living body authenticating device which is the device for reporting a service providing device, etc., that a user is the real user without fear of illegal use, without necessity for permitting user's biological information to be open to public and without a problem in a sanitary aspect. SOLUTION: The device is provided with an information input means (information obtaining part 11) for inputting user's biological information, a biological information storage part 14 for previously storing user's biological information, an electric certificate preserving part 13 for storing a user's electronic certificate and a certificate output means for collating inputted user's biological information with previously stored biological information (comparing and collating part 16) and outputting the previously stored electronic certificate to an external device only in a prescribed time when the coincidence of biological information is detected. |
