PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently exchange data at the time of exchanging (transferring) data via a DPRAM. SOLUTION: The prescribed storage position of each data to be transferred is decided in a data storage area 40B. A data update flag, indicating whether the data at each prescribed storage position on a data storage area 40B are updated, is stored in a data update flag storage area 40A. The origin of data transfer turns on data to be transferred to a DPRAM this time, that is, a data update flag corresponding to the data to be updated. The destination of data transfer extracts only the data, whose data update flag is turned on from the data storage area 40B by referring to the data update flag storage area 40A.
