PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate trouble that an IH type fixing roller obtained by winding a coil wire round a bobbin where plural shafts are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the rotary shaft of a heat roller and attaching it to the inside of the heat roller can not be mass-produced as a practical matter because it is difficult to mechanically perform work for winding the coil wire round the respective shafts. SOLUTION: A jig 1 where the one-end sides of plural shafts 1a formed in parallel are opened is used and a welded magnet wire 2 where an insulating coating film and a welding coating film are formed on the outside of a copper wire is used as the coil wire. By mechanically winding the wire 2 round the respective shafts 1a of the jig 1 first (a) and applying a specified current to the wire 2 in such a state, the welding coating film is melted to fix the shape of the wire 2. Then, the wire (coil) 2 is detached from the jig 1 (b), and the bobbin 3 is molded by injection-molding with the coil 2 as an insert member (c). Thus, the shape of the coil is fixed first and the bobbin 3 is molded later so that it may be integrated with the coil, whereby a manufacturing stage is drastically simplified in comparison with the conventional manner and mass- production is facilitated.
