PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a change gear for vehicle for eliminating a lubricating defective when a traveling is started. SOLUTION: The change gear for vehicle constituted so as to insert an auxiliary transmission 302 into a front stage of a main transmission 301, to provide the auxiliary transmission 302 with a neutral position and to interrupt the main transmission 301 from an engine is provided with a connection securing function for securing the connection of the main transmission 301 by shifting the auxiliary transmission 302 to a position except a neutral at least before the engine is started.
