PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a LCD, having stable characteristics by removing an uneven state of a cloth, name an uneven state due to peeled material depositing on the cloth or an uneven state of pile tops of the cloth. SOLUTION: Chips of ITO 3 as electrode material, alignment film 2 and other material 4 deposit on a roller after rubbing a specified number of sheets. The roller 1, after the rubbing treatment of a specified number of sheets, is ground with a grinding plate 5. The roller with the cloth attached is rotated, by using the grinding plate having an abrasive deposited and fixed on the surface of a ceramic material or quartz. |
