PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exposure controlling image data in the case of exposing and scanning photosensitive material for which appropriate exposure is underexposure or overexposure. SOLUTION: In the exposure controlling image data for scanning type exposure using negative and positive thin line images, the width of the negative thin line and the width of the positive thin line of the negative and positive thin line images are combined by different combination.
