PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unified processing method for power supply and electrical information transmission, that can supply power and transmit electric information to houses and enterprises using a simple wiring. SOLUTION: This method combines power supply wires 1, 4 in a building such as a house or an enterprise with electrical information transmission wires 4, 7a, 12, 23, 9b, 14b, 19a for transmission of an electrical information signal, installed in the inside and/or at the outside of the building can supply power to each part in the building via the power supply wires 1, 4 and transmit the electrical information signal sent through the electrical information transmission wires.
