PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shift operation booster for allowing operability of a gear shift stroke to be easily and inexpensively regulated according to a mounted vehicle and desire of a driver when the gear shift operation of a transmission is performed. SOLUTION: In a connecting part 21a of an input transmission member 21, a chain hole 28 with a plurality of holes formed continuously in a shift lever rotation radius direction is disposed to mount a connecting member to be connected to a gear shift operation means. The mounting position of the connecting member can be stepwise changed in the shift lever rotation radius direction by a connecting position regulating mechanism constituted of the chain hole 28 and thereby the size of the gear shift operation stroke can be regulated within a set range of the chain hole 28.
