PURPOSE: A pumping device for reinforcing a rock bolt is provided to maximize the pumping efficiency by discharging fillers at both upper and lower strokes of a piston to continuously discharge cement regardless of the particle size of sand. CONSTITUTION: A pumping device for reinforcing a rock bolt includes a pump for charging a predetermined fluid filler into holes for engineering construction work, a mixer case for supplying the filler to the pump, a hydraulic power unit for driving the pump, and a control panel for controlling the whole system, wherein the pump has an inlet(14) formed at a side of a valve block(12) for introducing the filler, a check ball(15) movably mounted to a check ball seat(15a), a stopper(16) for preventing the deviation of the check ball when inhaling the filler, a filler discharge tube(20) disposed between the valve block and an oil hydraulic power driving tube(30) for discharging the filler to desired positions, and an oil hydraulic cylinder assembly(40) for directly applying the hydraulic driving force to the distance pipe.
