RUBBER HOSE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber hose and a manufacturing method therefore capable of prolonging the service life of the hose and dispensing with the time and labor for removing a covering cloth after vulcanizing and molding to improve the productivity. SOLUTION: 11 indicates an inner face rubber layer, 12 indicates a plurality of steel wire reinforced layers accumulated through intermediate rubber layers 13, and 14 indicates an outer face rubber layer. A cloth 15 coated with coat rubber 16 having a predetermined thickness on one face of the beltlike cloth 15 in advance is spirally wound by bringing the coat rubber 16 to an inner side on an outer peripheral face of the outer face rubber layer 14 to form the rubber hose integrally. In the first embodiment of this invention, the rubber hose is integrally constituted by winding the cloth 15 coated with the coat rubber 16 spirally by overlapping by 1/2 of a cloth width H or 1/3.
