<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the liquid feeding accuracy by monitoring the sealing performance and the frictional force of a plunger seal in a plunger pump. SOLUTION: A pump head 1 constituting a plunger 8 in such a state as freely putting in/out from a chamber 7 of the pump is attached to the pump body. The frictional force between the plunger 8 and the plunger seal 9 is adjusted by the adjustment of a fitting torque. A signal line from a load sensor 14 provided in the plunger 8 is connected to a control part 26 controlling the plunger driving part for monitoring.</p> |
