PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user recognition service provision system with which a user can receive provision of various services including purchase of an article from a user recognition service provision device, without the need for carrying an exclusive ID card or the like for each service. SOLUTION: The user recognition service provision system consists of a mobile phone 1 that has user identification data, a user authentication issue server 3 that issues user authentication data to the mobile phone 1 via a mobile network 2, and a user recognition service provision unit 4 that receives the user authentication data from the mobile phone 1 to provide a prescribed service.
