The receiver operates as headphones, while the ear hook and the microphone element are pulled out, and serves as a conventional earpiece in its retracted condition in an installation cavity on the handset or the mobile telephone. The receiver comprises a front section (1) for a reception, and a rear section (2) for speaking, and can engage with a handset or a mobile telephone. The front section comprises a pair of spring grooves (12) at its opposite sides, and a pullout ear hook (11) which is mounted along an edge of the front section. The ear hook comprises a longitudinal slit at its one end engaging with a short column at the edge of the front section, and is free at its other end, enabling a suspending at the ear in its retracted condition. The rear section comprises a pullout microphone tongue which is rolled up in its interior, and consists of a steel layer as well as an insulating layer. The microphone tongue comprises wires (4) arranged between the steel layer and the insulating layer, and a microphone element at its one end.
