PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage heating apparatus capable of effective use of the amount of heat storage of a heat storage structure in response to the amount of the heat storage. SOLUTION: A heat storage heating apparatus 10 includes a heat storage chamber 22 which contains therein a high temperature heat storage structure 26 and an electric heater 28 for heating the heat storage structure; and which includes a radiation heating wall 58 at least on one surface of the chamber 28 including an inside heat insulation material layer 60 disposed on the side close to the heat storage structure 26, and an outside heat insulation material layer 62 disposed on the side separated from the heat storage structure 26. The inside heat insulation material layer 60 is formed with a heat insulation material in which a thermal conductivity thereof is sharply reduced at high temperature than the outside heat insulation material layer 62.
