摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector capable of accurately and easily manufacturing a collimator. SOLUTION: In one stage of a collimator, channel direction shielding plates 2 and slice direction shielding plates 3 are alternately inserted and glued to a hollowed dedicated jig, finally removed from the jig, laid one on another into four stages, fixed by supporting bodies 5 and 6 to be a collimator, and combined with a lower detector part. The three to four shielding plates are inserted in each stage, and all of them are converged in the direction of the focus 1 of an X-ray tube. In the way of arrangement, one shielding plate is inserted for every four channels and inserted into a location moved by one channel to the arrangement of a lower stage in an upper-stage collimator. By finally combining all the four stage collimators, a 16-slice detector corresponding to all channels is obtained.
