PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulated of wear chips, generated from brushes and wiring patterns, in contact parts of the brushes. SOLUTION: Four ring-shaped slide parts 51, 52, 53, 54 are separated and arranged from an inner periphery with a piercing hole 26 as a center on a slide surface of a base member 25 of a stator part 20. Wiring patterns 21, 22, 23, 24 are intermittently formed on the slide parts 51, 52, 53, 54 respectively, and the rest of the parts forms insulating parts by the base member 25. Cleaning shape parts 31, 32, 33, 34 are formed on the insulating parts by V-shaped grooves.
