PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a jamming signal in an environment in which radio waves from an object to be jammed are not received and to arrange that disturbance is not given to pulses other than the object, to be jammed, regarding radar jamming apparatus which generates the jamming signal to a radar apparatus. SOLUTION: A memory 5 which can store digital data corresponding to the jamming signal is installed. A processor 21 by which the digital data to be stored in the memory 5 is generated without receiving a radio-frequency-band signal propagated in the space is installed. The digital data which is generated by the processor 21 is written in the memory 5. A D/A converter 6 and QI mixer 7 regenerate the digital data stored in the memory 5 so as to generate a radio-frequency signal.
