PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which refunds part of a payed premium to a person who has made plural insurance contracts. SOLUTION: This system is featured by a name gathering step for gathering the names of plural insurance contracts made by the same insurant when the insurant has made the contracts with the same insurance company, a calculation reference day determination step for determining calculation reference days by the insurance contracts, a total insurance decision step for deciding the total insurance of insurance contracts meeting certain conditions among the contracts of the same contractor which are valid at the calculation reference day of each insurance contract, a refund amount decision step for deciding a refund amount by multiplying the insurance of each contract by a refund rate determined by the total insurance, and a refund step for refunding the amount calculated in the refund amount decision step to the insurance contractor.
