PURPOSE: An on-line game system using an advertising wheel method and a method for managing thereof are provided to offer a prizing money and a free gift with respect to a winning advertisement by rotating a wheel having a plurality of advertising information in a velocity set by a user. CONSTITUTION: A client PC(20) receives a log-in data input page from a game managing server(30) through a communication network(10) and outputs the page on a screen, and outputs log-in data inputted through the log-in data input page to the game managing server(30) through the communication network(10). In addition, the client PC(20) receives a game service page of an advertising wheel method and outputs the page on a screen, and outputs information about a spin click for performing a betting, a betting amount, an advertisement re-array, and a game being inputted by a user through a game service page to the game managing server(30) through the communication network(10). The advertising information clicked by the user is outputted to the game managing server(30). The game managing server(30) decides whether a user is a member using log-in data being inputted from the client PC(20). If a user is a member, the game managing server(30) reads prizing money accumulating information stored being responded to the log-in data, and transmits a game service page having the prizing money accumulating information to the client PC(20) through the communication network(10), and temporarily stores information on a betting, a betting amount, an advertisement re-array being outputted from the client PC(20), and rotates an advertising wheel of a game service page at a velocity responded to information of the spin click, and selects a predetermined advertising information, and offers prizing money and a free gift and, links to the homepage of the client PC(20) if the user inputs advertizing click information.
