PURPOSE: A hands-free device embedded in a vehicle is provided to be installed in a vehicle without any damage of the vehicle and promote convenient communication of a driver in a safe condition by manipulating a manipulation panel instead of a mobile phone terminal. CONSTITUTION: A hands-free device embedded in a vehicle includes an insertion groove(14) formed in a vehicle and mounted with a connector, a terminal connection part(15) inserted into the insertion groove and mounted with a terminal for connecting a communication interface connector of a mobile communication terminal(16) to the connector of the insertion groove, a manipulation panel(17) for inputting conversation and finish instructions and instructions for controlling an output voice signal level, a microphone(18) for converting voice signals to electric signals, and a control circuit connected to the connector of the insertion groove for transmitting the instructions input via the manipulation panel and output signals of the microphone to the mobile communication terminal and outputting the input voice signals via speakers of a car stereo system after controlling the level according to the instructions for the output voice signal level.
