PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely manage safety of gas equipment by identifying the use of large-sized gas equipment or the like. SOLUTION: In a flow-rate sensing safety system 1, communication terminal equipments 9-1 to 9-n are respectively connected to gas equipment 7-1 to 7-n. Gas flow rates of the equipment 7-1 to 7-n are notified by using the equipment 9-1 to 9-n. Thus, a cut-off time of an internal memory 5 of the gas meter 3 is corrected.
