PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a quantization circuit which can perform relatively stable operations or new computing methods of quantum. SOLUTION: This quantization circuit device comprises a first main quantum dot of a larger size and a first computing quantum dot of a smaller size than that of the first main quantum dot. Furthermore, the device comprises a first asymmetrical coupling quantum dot which realizes common quantum state, a second computing quantum dot of a smaller size which is placed at such a distance that the tunneling is possible from the first computing quantum dot, a second main quantum dot of a larger size than that of the second computing quantum dot which is placed at such a distance that the tunneling substantially is impossible from the first main quantum dot, and then a second asymmetrical coupling quantum dot while realizes the common quantum state. |
