PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the operation of an HST traveling device. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted so as to linkingly connect an operation mechanism with a speed increasing/decreasing mechanism, to linkingly connect a single turn operation tool and a gear shift operation tool with the operation mechanism, to link the operation mechanism with a shift operation to a neutral position of the gear shift operation tool, regardless of the operation position of the turn operation tool, to operate left and right HST traveling devices so as to be stopped via each speed increasing/decreasing mechanism and to hold operating attitudes to stop the pair of left and right HST traveling devices, even if the turn operation tool is operated, when the gear shift operation tool is located at the neutral position.
