PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor for positive electrification using an electrically conductive elastic substrate, having high electrification potential and low light decay residual potential and excellent in photosensitivity and to provide a method for producing the photoreceptor and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor for positive electrification is obtained by sequentially laminating an electrically conductive cured resin layer on an electrically conductive elastic substrate and an organic photosensitive layer on the resin layer.
