PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens-fitted photographic film unit having a battery cover which is not easily opened. SOLUTION: In this film unit with a lens, a battery is arranged on a base side and is covered with an exterior member; and plural long holes or long grooves approximate to the shape of the battery are intermittently formed on the base of the exterior member.
