PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly earthquake-resistant vibration isolating frame for a refuse incinerating plant provided with an incinerator held on an incinerator frame, a boiler frame placed on the rear side of a horizontal frame set up on the upper surface of the incinerator frame, and a boiler held by the boiler frame. SOLUTION: The rigidity of the incinerator frame is increased by arranging the horizontal frame on the lower surface of the incinerator frame and the horizontal frame is supported by a vibration isolating means. The horizontal structural face is set up on the lower surface of the incinerator by bringing the surface of the frame into direct contact with the lower surface and supported by the vibration isolating means.
