The stopper is in the form of a one-piece plastic part whose covering wall (1) has a surge-proof wall (5) protruding on the inside (1a) and enclosing a degassing vent (6) spaced apart all round. A filter fleece (7) rests against the inside of the covering wall and is fixed by a ridge (8) fused onto the foot of the surge-proof wall. The rim of the covering wall protrudes radially beyond the stopper frame (3) and has a sealing ring (9) on the inside.
