<p>A rolling support device, wherein an inner ring (1) and an outer ring (2) are made of austenitic stainless steel, a track surface has a carburized hard layer thereon which has a Vickers hardness (Hv) of 650 or more, is substantially free of a carbide, and a rolling element (3) is made of Si3N4. The carburized hard layer is formed by subjecting the surface to a fluorination treatment and then to a carburization treatment at a temperature of 540°C or lower. The rolling support device is excellent both in durability and corrosion resistance.</p> |
