A soft fruit-flavoured sweet consists of fruit, sugar, a gel agent, an acid, and aromatic substances enriched with ballast substances. The ballast represents at least 10 per cent by weight. The ballast represents pref. 12 per cent by weight and is oatmeal representing 2-6 per cent by weight and pref. 4 per cent, together with oligofructose. The gel agent is pectin representing 2-4 per cent by weight. The product contains no gelatine or colouring agents. The product is vitamin-enriched and contains 15 per cent fruit by weight. |
