The invention concerns a closure device comprising: a single-piece pourer (2) provided with means to be fixed to the container neck (1) and sealing means co-operating with said neck, and a single-piece cap (3) provided with means to be fixed to the pourer (2) and sealing means co-operating with the opening (19) of the pourer spout (18) in the form of pourer nozzle (2). The invention is useful in particular for closing bottles of carbonated beverages.
