<p>The invention relates to a process for manufacturing rock wool fibers and its products from the slag of liquid residual slag boilers, which comprises supplying additives, substantially including phosphogypsum, and coals to a boiler to burn, vitrifying the coal ash slag, to give a liquid glass melt, and delivering the melt into a centrifugal machine and blowing in airs at a high speed, to obtain rock wool fibers; pressing the fibers into rock wool battings, and then into fiber sheets, to give finished products of rock wool fibers after the solidification. The invention makes full use of waste slag and save large amounts of natural woods, while solves the problem that the slag of boilers occupy the useful lands, so that it is an important method for discharging non-slag from boilers.</p> |
