The throttle valve comprises a housing (2) containing the valve (3) and arranged between the tool and the drive fluid conduit. First and second devices (23,4) are effectively connected to the housing. The second device is operable for regulating the drive only after an intentional operation of the first device in order to prevent an unintentional or incorrect operation. The first device has at least one first releaser (9) for initial unlocking and a second releaser (15) for further unlocking. The two releasers are movable in two directions (x,y) vertical to each other.
