<p>A repair request dealing apparatus causes a client terminal to display a prompt to input selection of information for specifying a product to be repaired (S2, S3); causes, on receiving the inputted information, the client terminal to display a question for inspecting the failed state of the specified product (S4), identifies, on receiving the answer to the question from the client terminal, the failure on the basis of the failure information stored in a failure information database (22), estimates the cost of the repair of the identified failure and the delivery date, and causes the client terminal to display the estimate and delivery date (S6), and causes the client terminal to display a menu for allowing the client to select either request for the repair or purchase of a new product (S8).</p> |
