<p>A technique, whereby a toxic acid-fast bacterium contaminating specimens such as drinks can be quickly and conveniently identified, comprising detecting the acid-fast bacterium in a specimen by the PCR method by using a pair of primers of a specific combination selected from among the nucleic acid primers having the base sequences represented by SEQ ID NOS:1 to 14, and then identifying the same.</p> |
