<p>Reagents which regulate human neuropeptide Y G protein-coupled receptor (NPY- GPCR) protein and reagents which bind to human NPY-GPCR gene products can play a role in preventing, ameliorating, or correcting dysfunctions or diseases including, but not limited to, obesity, diabetes, anxiety, hypertension, cocaine withdrawal, congestive heart failure, memory enhancement, cardiac and cerebral vasospasm, pheochromocytoma, ganglioneuroblastoma, Huntington's disease, Alzheimer' disease, and Parkinson's disease.</p> |
