Filter insert consists of a zigzag folded pack with covering elements (5) arranged on the front sides (4) of the pack running parallel to the fold. The elements consists of reinforcing strips (6) partially covering the outlet side and sealing elements (7) integrally connected to the reinforcing strips. Preferred Features: The reinforcing strips are saw-tooth like, or are perforated or punched. The sealing elements consist of sealing latches directed to the inlet side of the folded pack. The insert is made from a fleece material or a thermoplastic material.
