Use of i) erythromycin, clarythromycin or an analogue or derivative thereof; ii) metronidazole or an analogue or derivative thereof; and iii) omeprazole or an analogue or derivative thereof, for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a condition selected from perioral papular or pustular acne, and similar inflammatory papulopustular dermatoses and perioral dermatitis.
