There is described a fluoro-deoxy-glucose synthesizer, which comprises: a labeling reaction resin column comprising a column filled with a polymer-supported phase-transfer catalyst resin, and a cation-exchange resin column filled with a cation-exchange resin adjusted to a H<+> type. The above-mentioned hydrolysis reaction vessel may be replaced with a cation-exchange resin column having a heating means and a flow rate control means of the reaction intermediate product.
