Thermostatic valve having a hollow body (1) with a coupling connector (4) and containing a valve unit (7) that includes a thermostatic element (8) which contains a heat-expandable material and is connected with freedom of axial movement to a reaction rod (9) that acts against a stationary bearing part (10). The bearing part (10) comprises an annular flange part (19) inserted and locked by snap engagement in an internal annular seat (20) in the hollow body (1).
