PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve passenger comfort by reducing a feeling of oppression in space around seats in a passenger service system for aircraft and reduce operational cost during first wiring work and maintenance by improving its workability. SOLUTION: A touch panel type display device 13 formed of an LCD, a passenger control unit(PCU) 11 detecting the operation of the touch panel thereof, and seat controlling electronic equipment (SEB) 12 are integrated with one another to form an integrated passenger operated device 40. The integrated passenger operated device 40 is installed on the back part 10A of a seat section and the seat controlling electronic equipment (SEB) 12 of the integrated passenger operated device 40 is connected to a distributor (ADB) 15 from a separating part 41. The display device 13, the passenger control unit (PCU) 11, the seat controlling electronic equipment (SEB) 12 and corresponding seats are interconnected by cables.
